A message from the creator, Jeremy Bennett:

Hello Teachers and Administrators,

As most of you already know my name is Jeremy Bennett and I am so incredibly happy that you are about to embark on a very important journey with me; a journey that will ultimately supply you with the tools to more effectively manage the stress and anxiety that’s encountered from the struggles teachers deal with on a daily basis.

Most teachers wish that their teacher training did a better job preparing them for real classroom issues. The stress and anxiety that teachers face on a daily basis can be extremely overwhelming and more times than not will interfere with their personal lives. It’s for this reason I created this online resource. This resource is comprised of several video modules that you can access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I am the author of, The Power of the Mind: How I Beat OCD and The Solution: Learn How to Truly Beat Stress & Anxiety, was appointed World Youth Ambassador by The World Organization of Natural Medicine in 2012 and because of my North American impact on those suffering with stress and anxiety was awarded, Personality of the Year by the same organization in 2013.

I travel throughout North America presenting a presentation called, Calm Your Mind: Transform Your Life (for teachers). I have spoken for tens of thousands of people, hundreds of schools, thousands of students (have a look at my student presentation here), and thousands of teachers. Every PD day and school presentation that I presented at, I made it a mission to sit with the teachers and ask them what they struggle with most so I could get a grasp of what to concentrate on in this resource.

Society has no idea what teachers encounter on a daily basis and how this can affect their mental health.

Some of the most common issues I hear from teachers are:

  • Dealing with unreasonable parents
  • Dealing with a society that thinks being a teacher is easy
  • Being underpaid
  • Work overload
  • Having to teach all students the same way
  • Not having enough resources
  • Dealing with unreasonable co-workers
  • Being constantly critiqued
  • Taking things personally
  • Being mistreated by students
  • Teacher burnout

All of these struggles can lead to a life of extreme stress and anxiety, and even depression. I know what it’s like to suffer with stress and anxiety and depression. I was once diagnosed with a very severe form of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and it was what you are about to discover in these modules that helped me reduce the stress and anxiety I was severely suffering from.

I want you to realize that none of the information presented in these modules should ever replace the advice of a trained professional. Having said that, I do believe you will find the following information very helpful in taking control of your mind.

I should also emphasize that my training is in stress and anxiety reduction. The following educational modules will train you in a series of techniques to help you reduce stress and anxiety caused from the daily struggles teachers are faced with most as opposed to training you on how to deal with the struggles themselves.

My newest book that I’ve written is called, The Solution: Learn How to Truly Beat Stress & Anxiety. It’s published by Motivational Press and I included the digital copy within this system. You can download the PDF version below. This book has helped thousands take control of their minds, sleep better, and finally reduce stress and anxiety dramatically.

I am excited for you to take control of your mind and I truly believe that using the techniques described in the following videos can help tremendously.

That said, if you do happen to suffer with anxiety or depression and are feeling desperate or have any thoughts of suicide, please call 911, the Mental Health Crisis Line or visit your local emergency department.

You cannot make long-term plans for lifestyle changes when you are in the middle of a crisis. However, if you’re in a place where you feel you can begin to make positive changes, the below techniques described can help.
