Did we mention this is NOT your run-of-the-mill presentation?

There is a reason why Jeremy was appointed a World Ambassador & awarded Personality of the Year by The World Organization of Natural Medicine in 2012 and 2013. There is a reason why Jeremy’s live events sell out year after year. There is a reason why his online presence reaches millions of people around the world.

We have all had to sit in on a boring lecture at one time or another that may be informative but didn’t quite capture our attention. Jeremy has spent years creating a presentation that not only changes lives but also entertains at the same time.

Using thought provoking pictures displayed on a large screen to captivate every attendee his presentation has his audience laughing, pondering, and most importantly impacted.

"A must see for anyone experiencing any kind of stress caused by the demands of today's work environment".
George Grant, Ph.D
Former Senior Health Consultant for Health Canada, CDC, and the FDA

In today's society, everyone seems to be dealing with work overload, meeting deadlines, and staying on track. Technology can be an extremely useful tool, but with it comes leaning curves, technical issues, and a vast array of stress. This stress can not only affect the person undergoing it, but will certainly affect the projects that they are responsible for managing, leading into a domino effect of negative consequences.

Superb project management means much more than overseeing a given project or task. It means delivering that project on time, as expected, on budget and on scope. During this process all parties involved are meant to be united with the same vision for success. When projects are managed the way they are meant to, a positive, lasting impact will be felt throughout the organization.

However, what many people fail to realize is just how much stress plays a factor in getting things done correctly and on time. Researchers suggest that the average person has thousands of thoughts every single day. A lot of these thoughts are not only the same thoughts they had yesterday, a lot of these thoughts are either dwelling on something negative that took place in the past or fearing something that could potentially take place in the future. This type of repetitive negative thought patterns can and will have a detrimental effect on the Project Manager's ability to fulfill their duties.

In Jeremy Bennett's keynote/workshop, Calm Your Mind: Get Things Done, Jeremy not only explains the negative impact that these thoughts can have on one's ability to get things done, he also gives practical techniques to help calm the mind. This is certainly not your run-of-the-mill presentation. Jeremy has been speaking professionally on this topic for over ten years and is known to have one of the most entertaining presentations on the topic. Most importantly, Jeremy's keynotes and workshops have a lasting impact.

Jeremy's fee will most likely be more than his competitors, but it's for a reason. Jeremy's stellar reputation has not gone unnoticed. His work has reached over eight million people to date. Because of of his impact on those dealing with stress, he was appointed a World Ambassador by the prestigious World Organization of Natural Medicine in 2012. Also, because of his worldwide impact of those dealing with anxiety he was also awarded, Personality of the Year, also by the World Organization of Natural Medicine in 2013.

He is the author of three published books, The Power of the Mind: How I Beat OCD (Flanker Press, 2010), The Solution: Learn How to Truly Beat Stress & Anxiety (Motivational Press, 2014), and Calm Your Mind: Transform Your Life (Motivational Press, 2019). He is currently writing his forth book with a release date of the fall, 2020.

What's included in this presentation?

In this highly praised and endorsed keynote/workshop Jeremy captivates his audience by taking them on a journey deep in the mind showing them in an incredibly creative and entertaining way techniques that may help reduce stress & anxiety, thus, leading to a more productive work environment.

There are five parts to this keynote/workshop:

Part 1: The discovery that changed our perception of how powerful our thoughts really are

  • The foundation of Jeremy's presentation is a discovery that will completely transform your perception of thoughts. This discovery is elegantly explained with captivating and thought-provoking pictures (on a giant screen) to show the audience how thoughts can impact our health. In this part, Jeremy explains that the body tends to react to negative thoughts in somewhat of the same manner of how it reacts to a physical threat. Our negative thought patterns play a huge role on whether or not we complete our projects on time. In this part of the presentation/workshop, attendees will discover how important of a role our thoughts have.

Part 2: Three myths of anxiety

  • One of the most eye-opening and impactful parts of Jeremy's live keynote/workshop occurs when he reveals three myths of anxiety. These myths are so impactful that they start to change the attendees' perception of anxiety.

Part 3: Ten behaviours that may exacerbate stress and anxiety in some people

  • Here Jeremy describes ten behaviours that some chronic sufferers of stress and anxiety do that could exacerbate stress or anxiety, thus leading to projects and tasks being put on hold, or worse yet, being executed incorrectly. Here you will discover what NOT to do. Staying away from these stress & anxiety triggers may help reduce stress and anxiety and will help you get things done the way they are meant to be done.

Part 4: Ten techniques that may help reduce stress and anxiety

  • Understanding what NOT to do is only half the battle. In Part 4 you will discover ten practical techniques that you can do daily that may help reduce stress and anxiety. These simple, yet very effective techniques can help Project Managers and employees stay on track.

Part 5: Jeremy's transformational, emotional and inspiring story of how he overcame OCD

  • At the age of twelve, Jeremy developed a severe case of anxiety and an overwhelming need to exert control over it. Furthermore, he thought this would control his life forever -- that the incessant counting, tapping, opening and closing of doors—and myriad other repetitive behaviours—would stay with him for the rest of his life. In this part Jeremy talks about this struggle.

“Simply one of the best presentations on the subject of stress & anxiety in North America. How Jeremy takes the subject of stress and anxiety and adds creativity to it is amazing.

"It’s obvious why Jeremy was appointed, World Youth Ambassador by The World Organization of Natural Medicine. HIGHLY recommend if you're concerned with programming your mind to get things done on time the right way".

"One of my biggest issues I was suffering with was racing thoughts. It would keep me up night after night. I soon became sleep deprived and couldn't function in the day. It was like my mind had complete control over me. It was a nightmare!

I then tried Jeremy's Calm Your Mind system and all I can say is WOW! I was super skeptical at first because I tried everything with no success. Jeremy's protocol was so different. It cut off my anxiety right at the root. The techniques were clear, easy to understand, and has literally changed my life.

Thank you Jeremy!"

T. Young

"In today's fast paced world, it seems impossible to get things done on time. Having a calm mind is truly a game-changer. Not only did I discover how to calm my mind in this thought-provoking presentation, I now know how to KEEP it calm. So incredibly happy I had the chance to see this presentation for myself!

Work doesn't "get to me" like it used to. I can face it, conquer what I need to get done, and leave the stressors at work instead of taking it home with me. I highly recommend this presentation to any employer who is concerned about work productivity. It helped our work environment beyond words.

A. Martin

"Growing up I suffered with anxiety. I had no way of getting rid of the pain that I would suffer with every single day. I was completely uneducated on the subject and felt I had nowhere to turn.

Year by year it got worse and all I could think about was how I was going to get through this. Then, I attended one of Jeremy's presentations. He put everything into perspective. I've heard a lot of great things about Jeremy's presentations, however I had no idea how much it would change my life. The day I attended Jeremy's presentation was the day I got my life back.

I cannot put into words how happy I am that I can now sleep, stop my racing thoughts, and am in control of my mind. I have no idea what I would have done without this."

A. Oliver

"Stress and anxiety was a big problem with my employees. Hiring Jeremy to present for my group wasn't just a good decision, it was one of the best decisions I could ever make for them! Simply amazing!"
